Gilead is a pay-for-performance company, which means performance is a key factor in driving our compensation decisions. We offer pay that is competitive within the biopharmaceutical industry, and we carefully consider all of our compensation and rewards programs, including base pay, bonus and stock awards.
We conduct an annual review of employee compensation to ensure that our pay practices are race- and gender-neutral, and we also commission an annual global pay equity study to gain a more comprehensive view of pay parity across the organization.

Global Wellbeing Reimbursement
